1. Nature of Services

CaseMap Clarity provides informational document organization and summarization services only. Services include structuring, summarizing, and organizing documents into readable formats.

CaseMap Clarity does not provide legal advice, legal interpretation, legal analysis, strategy, advocacy, or representation, and does not offer opinions or recommendations regarding legal rights, obligations, outcomes, or next steps.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete documents

• Confirming document scope and page counts to the best of their ability

• Reviewing deliverables for clarity and completeness

3. Scope of Work

Each service tier includes defined document and page limits. Work begins only after scope is confirmed. If materials exceed the agreed scope, a revised quote or custom offer will be provided before work begins.

4. Payment and Ordering

All orders and payments are processed through Fiverr. Fiverr’s platform governs payment handling, order confirmation, and dispute resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability

CaseMap Clarity is not responsible for decisions made based on the organized materials provided. Deliverables are provided for informational purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaseMap Clarity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of provided materials.

6. Modifications

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
